The Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT Kanpur) is one of the most prestigious institutes of Technology. IIT Kanpur was set up in the year 1960 in the city of Kanpur. The education is primarily based on engineering technology. Lots of research works are carried out in the institute.
